my home cooked meal
the meal that nick decided was full of nutritional values.
rice:- leftover rice from yesterday, still square from shape of container
chicken:- bought from quigleys
veg:- cauliflower and broccoli florets, baby carrots. all packed to my convenience by sainsburys. microwaved to perfection
sambal- pretty darn good i must say. all the way from malaysia. thank you a.gayah! haha
potato au gratin:- french fries drenched in bottled pasta sauce topped with pre-grated mozzarella. again, microwaved to perfection.
