i spent almost the whole day in the library today reading up on cases under pure economic loss (which u cant claim for assholes!, well with minor exceptions) and i am up to here *signals to forehead* with these brits trying to sue the city council because they have cracked walls n plaster falling from their ceiling!!!. and im also fed up with the systems indecisiveness. sekejap boleh claim lepastu tak boleh n now boleh. ENOUGH!.

hoi takde org ajar ke. benda remeh temeh pon, sikit sikit nak sue! pegila repair sendiri bukannya mahal sangat pon bodoh. saja nak bykkan case case bodoh kasi law students baca kan? come on! crack sikit je pon dah nak sue...

theyd probably laugh in my face!.. yes the whole lot, mppj, the lawyers, judges, even the cab driver bringing me to court would laugh.
